Hi Everyone,I'm considering buying my first home as a new-build and was wondering if there was anything I should watch out for if I plan to turn it into a rental one day.

To sum up what everyone is saying and what we do:- notify the tenant to call the police next time to file a noise complaint.- Send emails and texts to all tenants in the building reminding them of "quiet enjoyment" and respectful behavior to their neighbors.- Avoid being the mediator, judge, and jury

I am mostly seconding what almost everyone else is saying, but as Tenant laws vary by state you need to find an attorney from NM with credible knowledge.
