I suggest the debating club start a new thread re: ethics concerning deposits and legal language in real estate contracts.

I get the ethics involved with the realtor industry.  

You are an independent agent, as long as you act ethically and your contracts are compliant who you work with should not be a topic of discussion.  

They are super cheap (20 bucks) topic-specific and put on by locals who you can connect with....I am attracted to the more grass roots, DIY kind of ethic.
