The seminar environment was a little "peppy" for me personally but I'm a pretty low key guy.On the tour, the speaker gave out good advice, handled common objections you'd expect from new investors and was respectful of my time and local knowledge.I left after the tour so I can't say what went on afterwards but I got some value out of my time there.1.

we shall see if we can afford the space necessary, but it is our current plan. we love the urban environment, things to do (things to do for kids too!)

I could see how cash and fixed interest debt could hedge your bets, but also increase your operating expenses and risk in a potentially highly volatile environment.

As you will quickly find BP is a very active and friendly environment to learn about RE.  

That said, were he to leave, this situation below would not change and would make this a difficult environment for whoever my tenant is.

I work in sales as well now for a start up and enjoy the same environment.  

Our landlord tenant board knowingly protects these tenants, tenants they have seen at the board many times before, yet repeatedly allows that tenant and their free legal aid to evade eviction in our heavily pro tenant environment. 

Additionally, while a precipitous fall in oil prices has had a negative impact on “oil patch” locations, it has effectively increased the spending power of the American consumer.While there are still concerns regarding the overall health of the economy, the current real estate lending environment remains active and strong as a whole.

I personally went with KW because the training, team building environment and the team leader of the office.  

Hopefully we both can learn what we need to thrive in this shaky environment lol
