Lots more brain damage and more evictions which is what the stated purpose of the bill was to avoid.I would say that SB24-094 has far more impact to the operations of many landlords in Colorado.

Less impactful but they also used 2 therms/day of gas (either long showers or used the gas fireplace while cooling to 61 degrees.In addition guest broke closet track and moved football table into the closet.

In my opinion Option 1 could be a bit risky in today's environment as we are not sure if prices have hit the bottom yet, there are positive signs in the CoS market that point to price appreciation in the future, but there is a good chance the interest rates are not coming down for a while, which will have a negative impact on home values.

Borrowing costs should come down as the economy is slowing down now due to the high fed funds rate (5.33%) particularly in the multifamily space which has an enormous supply coming online across the country this year and next year.
