What culminated this decision for me was a mind-blowing, life-altering workshop I attended last month on legal tax strategies, becoming a small business owner, and the endless possibilities and opportunities of real estate.

And it would be my 2nd choice if I didn't choose awesome young golfable St Johns with its endless bike lanes..

As a new Realtor, the amount of strategies you can adopt seem endless and the amount of information thrown at you can be overwhelming.

I'm considering starting my own PM firm because I endlessly hear about how horrible most of these firms are and I truly believe I can do a much better job than many of them, but first I have to learn the ropes and test it out to see if I actually enjoy it as much as I think I will.3.

"Oh, that looks awesome, IF YOU CAN SPEND ENDLESS AMOUNTS OF MONEY"  LOL  I've enjoyed the episodes I've seen, but the idea that cheese plates should greet every guest is insane on a number of levels.  

The city is up and coming and with all this old properties in need of rehab the market is blooming so the opportunities are endless and the time to invest is now!

Somebody who is an endless well of ruminating despair and misery?

For the most part they are more concerned about what is easier to build and in some cases, the really bad ones, will look endlessly for areas where they can cut corners and in the process shafting the investor.

Ive listened to endless podcasts, and I still have no desire to start or invest in a syndicate.
