It’s encouraging to hear from someone doing the same thing as me in a different city and state!

We provide an outdoor garbage can because we don't want garbage all over the property and our thought is that providing one will help encourage them to keep the exterior of the home clean (as well as listing it in the lease that no garbage is to be left strewn about the property.)
