Who's going to walk it for you and tell you the reno needed? 

I have to decide whether I take less, offer the buyer's agent less of both or walk away from the listing. 

I can have the props walked and tell you the REAL story.

Would love someone to kind of walk me through some pointers!

I've found a lot that fits our needs, but now I need to "walk the land". 

If they can’t or won’t answer those questions and are unwilling to give you a loan estimate without pulling a credit check, i walk away.

When walking the property, check on the condition of the units.

I see how he views and values investor funds, talks about protecting those investor monies (walking away from deals I think are good but are admittedly more risky), and the consistency in this behavior from the time I have known him shows me that he is not someone who takes his role as syndicator lightly.

Put up a light with motion sensors, but honestly if one of the adults is sneaking out the back in the middle of the night-that is silly-why not walk out door like a normal person. 

Now granted that has gone off the rails because I have decided to change our focus because my end goals changed, but doing the exercise helps create the path to walk and figure out what the next steps are.
