No, of course not, because there too busy being the investor and empowering the functionaries to do there functions. 

I personaly am closing currently 2 to 5 a month and find it very satisfying and empowering not to mention financially beneficial to my students as well.

Bigger Pockets has empowered my small lending company and increased my ability to run my business with more investors to buy the mortgage notes I create when I lend my own private money.
