I suggest you do not allow that, since you probably are not set up to accept credit cards, since there is a fee to the merchant to accept a payment via credit card, and since the card holder can dispute a charge.

@Stanley Hataria The real estate brokerage can't release the EM either if there is a dispute between buyer and seller.

Obviously, he was referring to the nearly daily instance on those shows of some sort of landlord/tenant dispute regarding damages and unpaid rent.

I have my tenants use kroll intl for disputing and monitoring, and pre paid legal for more advanced disputing.
