As for all those other factors you have listed, they are very important but you need to put together an algorithm that you can understand so that you tract any trends. 

Across Farwell are some much better tracts and that's why you'll see higher prices there.

One is Unit 536, tract 15, section 18, block 46, in Hudspeth County TX.Other lot is Unit 536, lot 16, section 18, block 46, Hudspeth TX, Survey PSLGeorgia lot is is Bell Tree Farm Cloughs Bay, Lot 5E, Waycross Georgia 31501 file #6264 8th land district of Ware County

It however presents the information in an easy to digest way.

If it is a whole tract of them, can't you just picture your For Rent sign out on the front lawn, along with every other pretender investor's sign vying for the one or two potential tenants driving up and down the street? 

I'm so excited and ready to start digesting all this good info and making my first deal soon.  

It has to be in a specific census tract for you to be able to do that.

Unfortunately my area doesn't have tract houses.
