Hopefully, the protective order will help resolve things more smoothly.Speaking of Indianapolis, I’ve been working with investors in the area on new construction duplexes that are designed to minimize tenant issues by attracting stable, long-term renters.

I'd probably try FB marketplace first and see how it goes, then if that doesn't help look for a good advertising platform like buildium (which is probably too robust of a tool for what you need right now, but something with just that advertising feature).  

I am considering bringing on someone to my team that specializes in residential design or shall I say, redesign.
