Is the land build able or are there title restrictions or land conditions saying it will be forever green space?

Depends on which branch, but here, the KC Section 8 is a nightmare; won't return your calls, takes forever, is late in paying, etc.

@Kevin Zhang it took us forever to find good management because so many sounded great when discussing with them but actual contracts were full of ridiculous terms we wouldn’t agree to and they wouldn’t change.

I thought it took tons of capital (of which I had none) and extensive knowledge that would take forever to learn.

Then chasing materials and actually doing the work is a time consuming venture.
