The inability to scope the sewer line is concerning, as you mentioned, there could be blockages or other issues that need attention.

In Florida, two roaches are nothing to be concerned with.

The most concerning is the stuff that is beyond anyone's control or even due to the lack of judgement or intelligence by a guest.

If you're property is in decent shape and there isn't much concern of the renter paying, then I would decline it.

I am a licensed real estate agent, and I am looking to start out creating syndication and am asking if anyone has any advice on how to get started; I see a lot of great deals in my market, but being a beginner investor in multi-family residential I don't have the capital to get things going?
