I'm definitely concentrating on the networking but also on the education which is obviously very important.

You should pick a strategy so you concentrate on that method. 

Concentrate on the lipstick, as stated kitchens, baths, floors, master bedroom and fluff, as that is usually all home buyers ever see. 

., industry concentration):  Look for areas that aren't overly dependent upon a single industry and/or employer.  

I also advise to diversify your portfolio around the OKC area, not just in one concentrated area.

I'm a few chapters into The Warren Buffett Way by Robert Hagstrom, but I'm moreso concentrating on getting through Getting Started in Real Estate Investing by Michael C.

Our main concentration is currently Southeast Michigan, primarily due to the enormous success our investors have had in this highly demanded rental region.I am always looking to find new and alternative routes to buy/sell our product, along with products that we may market to our current clientele.

Also as a HML ( which I have been) I would not do a deal that is one off in an area were I don't have a concentration of loans if it went bad its too expensive to travel there and try to figure it all out.. kind of like a white elephant loan.

it makes sense to run one website and concentrate the SEO and traffic to there. saying that that LR domain is good so keep it!
