I personally expect Airbnb to face strong headwinds in any cities that have a high proportion of renters and tight rental markets 

Seems a bit out of proportion for no actual work done / material provided.

I’ve always felt like the whole LLC thing was a bit blown out of proportion and always wondering just how often people get sued.

As tenants in common, is it okay if we share different proportion of profits and expense, such as profits 50/50 but expenses 70/30 (say, he wants a new carpet but I don't, so he pays the extra).

LEDs are also the most efficient option, using about 1/6th the power.If the property isn't worth upgrading all the lighting to LED, compact fluorescent (CFL) would be my next choice.... for a rental.

I do like the idea of wood look tile over a traditional tile (like a 12x12) because the proportions aren't so dated, and it offers visual warmth.

The net effect is that lenders who are anywhere close to 7% currently (and especially those over 7%) will be implementing substantial hits for NOO/2nd so as to keep their total delivery proportion to the agencies under 7%.
