And if they don't well then these investors who bought this stuff simply get what they get.. but the reality is Morris was not doing this as a charity  he was getting paid and since I am in this part of the industry I know what these marketers make and that is 5 to 7k a house per sale.. so no doubt Morris probably ripped a million or two out of these deals..
