Re: lowering taxes

Hi! My name is sheila and im a nurse and my husband works for coke. Last year i made 247k (before taxes) and my husband made 80k. Our taxes for 2022 was 54k so we ended up owing 3200. In 2023, im estimating making 312k and my husband probably 90k. At the rate were going, im afraid our taxes this year will jump to 80k which is ridiculous because if that happens, its like my husband did not make money. How do we lower our taxes? Note though that i alone probably still owe 80k in credit cards and loans. I originally owed over 150k in creditcards. Im trying to pay it all off and im doing a good job at it but my issueis still my tax resposibility this year. How do i lower my taxes and pay off my credit/loans at the same time?
