Here is what we put in our move out letter, which may be helpful to build on:Specifically, here's a list of items you should thoroughly clean before vacating:[ ] Floors[ ] sweep/mop laminate floors[ ] vacuum carpets and rugs (shampoo if necessary)[ ] mop kitchen and bathroom floors[ ] Walls, baseboards, ceilings, and built-in shelves[ ] Kitchen cabinets, countertops and sink, stove and oven--inside and out [ ] Refrigerator--clean inside and out, empty it of food[ ] Bathtubs, showers, toilets, and plumbing fixtures[ ] Doors, windows, and window coveringsPlease don't leave anything behind--that includes bags of garbage, clothes, food, newspapers, furniture, appliances, dishes, plants, cleaning supplies, or other items that belong to you.For move in, put all info in the rental agreement.

The building has been stripped and the former owner ran out of money so the units are void of kitchens and baths (and a bunch of other stuff too, but thats a separate issue we have a handle on).I would be grateful if the community would chime in and provide a rough estimate to install new kitchens and baths for the following units:(2) SFR 4bd 2ba (6) Units 2bd 1ba(7) Units 1bd 1baThe work will require everything cabinets, sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets (please if possible specify whether you're including flooring into the estimate so we don't also include it in our flooring budget).

As I would love to break in to Flipping  and flip this 3bd/ 1b house but  I can't  afford the 10 to  20  it Could cost right now so I  will do  a basic/nice  update replace only the carpet  in living and dining rooms,  No opening of walls ( if Flip kitchen would need to be done, it's a small and weird shaped kitchen) put new Kitchen cabinets back plash tile  floor and maybe re tile tub area in Bathroom and paint.
