Even if it does the project is probably 5 years or more away from completion if they just announced it, base your purchase off of current numbers and if this complex comes to fruition then it is a bonus

We have used mutual funds, bonus payments at work, inheritance funds, birthday money...we just set aside all extra funds so that we could have down payment funds for the next rental or renovation.
