(Look at a 6 house block and tell me how many are for sale, (the inventory is zero or a large percent.) or include 10 new houses in a 40 house neighborhood sold for $400k last year and only smaller used houses sold this year for $200k, prices have dropped 50%.)

Getting bonded is dirt cheap, and if it weren’t for insurance costs I’d bet there’d be more contractors out there.you need good credit to get a bond that I think is a stumbling block to some in that industry.

Also, I don't know the formation of your driveway and garages, but I have maximized my parking by actually blocking to garages with three cars parked perpendicularly and then renting the garages for storage.
