This is a baby step in my larger goals. 

I also never include clothes dryers or washers even if I have the hookups. 

People don't make as many babies as they used to, so those folks view the extra rooms as just extra stuff to clean, they aren't going to AirBnB the home to potential child molesters where their 3 year old and 1 year old live.

New-build properties, engineers moving, baby boomers retiring, makes the entire stretch a good formula.

Trust is a two-way street, and using a baby monitor on adults just seems like bad faith.

The only ones that are successful their first year are the ones that work long, hard hours pressing palms, kissing babies, driving all over God's green earth, answering phone calls at 11:30pm, writing emails at 4am, and generally working like their life depended on it.

Afterall, millions of people do that sort of thing, even on a much larger scale (i.e. buy new clothes every couple months, buy the newest phones as soon as they come out, buy new cars every few years, etc). 

As long as you look at the worse case scenario in every business deal and are willing to deal with that scenario and still sleep like a baby, do it, that's my advise.

The unit had been ransacked - clothing, etc. strewn about, beds and furniture overturned, ... certain other details are too gross to post.

It's full of baby wipes and feminine products.
