Hello,I am currently in the process of building a We Buy Homes for Cash-style website.

My wife Jesslyn and I are inspired by four friends, Grant & Laura Desjardins and Joe & Michelle Prillaman, who both house hack in Carolina Beach, NC.

I did not know you were involved with the charity, it was very inspiring to see the wallets and purses opening up for such a good cause. 

Inspired by BP and y’all, I’m thinking of doing a cash-out refinance on the condo for a down payment on a primary residence in Los Angeles and possibly another investment property elsewhere.

I am inspired by how everyone on this forum has gotten the ball rolling on their path to financial freedom through real estate but I am quite flustered & overwhelmed on where to even begin.

Good Morning Bigger Pockets Family, I recently listened to BP episode 527 and episode 528 with Pace Morby, and I (like many of you) was inspired to take action with the immense wealth of knowledge he provided on securing seller financed deals.

All you have to do is scan AirBnb to see what types of locations stay booked and get inspiration from those.
