I verbally told him I was leaving when the lease was going to terminate around Dec. 8th.He said that the fixed-term lease automatically goes month-to-month unless I tell him, even though this is not in the contract.This is what the contract says and it contradicts itself:"The Rental Agreement will start Dec. 16th, 2012 and will be a one-year rental agreement.

Heck, if you do not mind me installing a keyless entry, I would build a web site for the property, pay for listing and handle all bookings and automatically email you every booking agreement as well as give you access to a web based system so you can see the details of all the costs involved in your property for 10% :)!

Title is NOT automatically cleared, the tax lien is simply in first position so you can probably recover your investment when that happens, but the mortgage liens are NOT.

Personally I prefer to always use My own agent, but the Homepath procedure seems pretty robotic, with no emotion involved other than the listing agent wanting to make a deal.I do see one advantage to dealing directly with the Listing agent however, and that is that all information received, has only gone thru one person instead of two, i.e. listing to buyers agent to buyer.This two person path, always keeps Me wondering about accuracy.
