The applicant had this RE agent fill out my automated application on the web and did a terrible job of it leaving it amazingly incomplete with a bunch of "N/As" just to try and rush this applicant through.I waited for 48 hours and reposted. 

If it's that accurate, that sounds amazing.

I am not surprised that China was the #1 country actually using this program and it is amazing that since 1990 this is the first year for all the visas to be used.

I can definitely tell you there's still a lot of positive cash flowing and 1% rule deals and you get amazing appreciation.

If you are big time or institution investor yes …otherwise just Redfin is enough or even realtyhop, but I found Lance analysis is one depth more detailed than Redfin, amazing what small team can do, sometimes I ask him for small feature request.
