West Texas is dry sir!

Seems everything is heading west.

👋 I'm currently located in Las Vegas Nevada but looking to possibly relocate to West Michigan area or more specifically Muskegon.

At the risk of invalidating my first statement, I just did an analysis on a client's short-term rental they bought last year west of Colorado Springs, and they nearly doubled the occupancy and revenues estimated by AirDNA.

Many of these cities are also in the mid-west coincidentally... 

I'm mainly looking in the 30A area between Panama City and Destin, FL but I'm interested in areas all the way West to Gulf Shores, AL.

If you can give them a nice chunk of EM say 50 to 100k and only close when you have your approvals then you start to digging within weeks of your AD loan closing this will save you a ton of money.. this is standard procedures out here on the west coast I dont know about your area..

There are homes on the west and east side of Detroit.

If you think about it the tenant is the real cash flowing asset. this has been the West coast strategy for decades and it works.. 

Half of them have been in west Texas, although we still haven't gotten one done in El Paso.
