Custom trim work or no extra trim?

I'd figured out how to trim it down to 16 days, from ratified contract to loan funding.

You could also try recaulking around the inside of the window where moisture could sneak into the walls; i.e. where trim meets the window frame.

In my case, there was some countertop trim we were able to remove to allow us to just barely exchange dishwashers. 

Exterior is aluminum siding, needs a new roof and some exterior trim work. 

Then use those color picking computer program to pick trim colors.

I still need to install the butcher block, cabinet knobs, toe kick, and some crown molding/trim before its painted.
