The Galveston installation took them a few return visits to add longer screws and such before they passed our state storm windstorm code inspection, but they kept coming until it worked.The jobs weren't quite as tidy as a more pricey company we used for a prior property, but we don't mind doing a bit of cosmetic touch-up to save a grand or so.

Install finishes, Second Coat on walls, Stain floor, Touch up moldings, landscaping, driveway paving, etc... 

But, does the unit need paint, or just touch up?

I have a very small percentage of unit that require anything more than spot painting and touch up cleaning at turnover.
