I'd like to see you strip the names out of this and make it a BP Blog Post - illustrate some of the dangers of TK investing.

Since then I've been hooked trying to learn as much as possible through books, blogs, podcasts, and forums. 

I am already deep into the blogs, and beginner training.

so as I go though the blogs I noticed most people are choosing to form an LLC instead of a corp. for conducting business in real estate...... is there a reason why?
