If you're in, say, Salt Lake City where there's a religious aspect, people would possibly even applaud an apartment alcohol ban.

Im religious about going there because its my 1# hobby reading.My wife lucky for me is the same way.

Frankly, when someone says they are trying to help someone (unless they are related or really old and great friends) it sets off an alarm that says look deeper, when someone invokes a religious motivation I hide my wallet.

I have been reading this religiously and been reading many books. 1 Minute to Rental Property Riches will be my book I take on my cruise with me for reading 8) I do not have a job at school but I do not have a car so it would become very difficult.

But I fear I could get sick again (but I take my meds religiously).  

I had an awakening when this happened.

I would like to think it is not a bubble, but if all of these people are buying with the hope of future appreciation, it seems like they could be in for a rude awakening.

Everyone here except the former slaves came here to escape something, religious persecution, economic struggles etc, and now here we are(not all of us) telling others that they are not good enough to be here, or trying to send them all back.

Mike, I think that these folks are set for rude awakening, Just because there is a Black president in office doesn't mean he "endorses laziness".
