I procured my MA salespersons license a few years ago, however I am not crazy about the idea of selling residential real estate right now. 

In such a case, if the buyer were to bring in an offer, your agent (the one that originally showed the buyer the property) would be owed a commission, as they can show "procuring cause".

@Kyle GrimmIn Missouri the activities requiring a RE license include anyone who "procures prospects or makes referrals", and your sign is asking for exactly that (birddogs).

I had a client where my billables were less than the direct savings I provided them through the value engineering and procurement process, as well as alternative solution suggestions. 

While towns cannot assess condominiums differently than other properties, a few compensate them for comparable services procured from private vendors.
