Hi,I'm brand spanking new to BP and looking forward to learn a lot about House Hacking!

I'm concerned that I will need some other form of income being a brand new agent with few leads.

I am 23 years old when I stepped in RE I knew I had only one shot at building my personal brand and one thing the owner of Bolthouse Homes John Mathewson always told me was to find how I was going to bring value.

A follow up to the second question, I was thinking blank envelopes but it sounds like you are branding your envelopes with some form of print and then using a different source to actually label them with individual lead information prior to mailing.  

I would like to know, if you were to start all over again, no money, a brand new market, and had limited resources.

My duplex was a flip, so it's fully renovated with brand new everything.

Have the shower walls and tub re-glazed and re-caulked white ~$500. new vanity $200, toilet $100, faucet $50, $50 for lighting, $200 in paint and drywall and for $1100 you have a brand new bathroom rather then a detracting eyesore.

Brand new to this thing.

I am brand new to Bigger Pockets.

I am starting to market my company and advertise and brand my name, to start something new that will be built into a huge corporation one day doing millions in revenue a year.
