Lebanon, Hampton, Quaker Valley, Fox Chapel, and Pine Richland are all outstanding school districts and while the homes are still a bit pricey, they aren't nearly as bad as Squirrel Hill.

I had been an attorney for many years, I had many friends who are licensed brokers working around the clock like me, I have even had clients who ado buy, fox and flip like many people on this site but my financial life changed only when I figured out that there are some very successful fund managers out there who would be willing to coach me if I can make it profitable for them to do so beyond the $25k or $30k I would pay them.
