If the water drains and has a reasonable amount of sediment, I suppose you could disconnect the output side of the water heater and attach a hose there (with a pipe-to-hose-thread adapter).

Allows to have one llc but each property can be segmented as its own entity so to speak.Kind of the best of both worlds (maintain one llc but each property is disconnected from the rest for liability, etc purposes.

Try asking them if they can tell you if the utilities are no longer in your name.Ask if they have some sort of landlord arrangement where the utilities automatically revert to your name if the tenant disconnects.

Today is the 18th and I haven't recieved the check so I tried to emailed them, no reply... then I tried their website, it's gone, the domain name is up for sale... then I tried to call their office numbers and 24-hour services number, service has been disconnected....

In the interest of your construction schedule you can try to remove them from the building without disconnecting the wires that feed them from the lines that run from the property line.
