I live in the Winter Garden area and have a reliable source of transportation.

Area of Analysis: Oak Forest- 77018- HoustonOak Forest is an up and coming subdivision just north of the 610 North Loop that intertwines with a sister subdivision- Garden Oaks.

A few months ago around Christmas time we were doing a bathroom remodel for a new homeowner on a house that was flipped, the master bathroom was a disaster, there isn't enough space to go into all the things wrong, so I'll just tell you about the bathtub - jetted tub they bought from Home Depot, so it was a de-engineered Jacuzzi model, low horsepower pump, less jets than the non Home Depot version, but it looked new and shiney. 1) Tub wasn't sitting on the sub-floor, was suspended by it's rim, even it they had built the tub deck correctly to size based on everything else I sure they wouldn't have poured a mortar base for it to sit in.

I do see people have line of credit with major store like Home Depot and Lowes and pay for the materials themselves.

We also found that Home Depot has a Project Loan Card for up to $40k of in store purchases.

If this is a one time use or if you want to save some money you can use a couple of garden hoses connected together and make yourself some 2ft clear hose extensions to put on each end.

I know home depot carries the stuff now. it ain't cheap.

I am going through the exact same situation in Chicago; but our damage came from the main sewer line under our garden unit.

@Tim James  my partner owns the subdivision up on the mountain above the new Home Depot  he bought a hanger and he flys our plane in and out often he also bought a great little cabin on the Umpqua for not a lot either..
