Leaving Denver, considering San Antonio.

I’m Brett, and I’m currently living out in Denver but I am investing everywhere.

Thinking the San Juan Mountains in Colorado or perhaps Eagle's Nest NM area. 

It also regularly puts out deals at low 65% or less LTV, and high 10%+ skin in the game/co-investment etc.They market under 506B so are prohibited from posting publicly on the Internet and instead function by referrals.

Bergen Co. is inundated with wholesalers and like @Shawn Mcenteer said, all of the sellers know they can get market value for dumps so why do they need an intermediary right now?

I first joined BiggerPockets back in 2018 when I was and editor/writer out of the Denver office.

I have a buyer for my property, but have hit a snag with Title co.

I have personally never heard of the county having any say .. other than I do get calls from (state of Colorado) Tax collector after I purchase something and they want to know why we paid less than market value.. but they contact after the fact..

I'll skip over that and give a very brief list of some other items I tell my students in the Airbnb class I teach here in Denver.
