There is so much growth potential in other English speaking countries like Canada, Australia and the UK.Brandon mentioned in a Podcast that a board member did not want to hear what was possible with the current setup - he wanted to hear what great ideas that was not yet possible.I would love it if the whole organization would embrace that.

Canada and Australia are definitely the 2 markets where I am not bullish, in fact I would be bearish based on lower oil prices and commodity prices.

Countries like Singapore, Dubai, Philippines and Australia adopt this system and i was wondering, is there anyone here know how to invest in these type of property by increasing its value through income & expenses because unlike the USA Apartment, the building can be owned by a single individual instead of a piece of the building?
