There is so much growth potential in other English speaking countries like Canada, Australia and the UK.Brandon mentioned in a Podcast that a board member did not want to hear what was possible with the current setup - he wanted to hear what great ideas that was not yet possible.I would love it if the whole organization would embrace that.

. ;)I'm probably a rarity, in that I was born in one country (Israel), migrated to another (Australia) and then married into a third (Japan) - so for me, investing out of state, country or continent was a no-brainer.

We as a country need to watch out though because there is a staggering amount that is also originating in places like Singapore, India, China and Australia.

I wasn't really trying to buy another property in 2017 but my parents term deposit in Australia (currently earning 3% on their money) is coming to an end and they asked to partner up with me and get them a higher return on their retirement fund. 

Canada and Australia are definitely the 2 markets where I am not bullish, in fact I would be bearish based on lower oil prices and commodity prices. 

Countries like Singapore, Dubai, Philippines and Australia adopt this system and i was wondering, is there anyone here know how to invest in these type of property by increasing its value through income & expenses because unlike the USA Apartment, the building can be owned by a single individual instead of a piece of the building?

I am in Australia at the moment, and all the information I can get is from the selling agent, my buyers agent, and a very reliable and helpful relative who visits properties and sends me photos.
