I am looking to expand my real estate portfolio and connect with other investors, both in Australia and the United States!

Currently here in Western Australia we are in the middle of a crash in iron ore prices.  

Several risk factors - downturn in tech (right now big data is solution to everything just like online delivery in 2000), gridlock in Washington (if Dems gain control in the fall) or double down tumpnomics (if GOP hold on).Exhibit b - I give you Sydney Australia 2016 and London 2016.

@Ben Brown I grew up in Sydney Australia and the suburb I lived in had $3.5 Million median house price.

There is so much growth potential in other English speaking countries like Canada, Australia and the UK.Brandon mentioned in a Podcast that a board member did not want to hear what was possible with the current setup - he wanted to hear what great ideas that was not yet possible.I would love it if the whole organization would embrace that.

. ;)I'm probably a rarity, in that I was born in one country (Israel), migrated to another (Australia) and then married into a third (Japan) - so for me, investing out of state, country or continent was a no-brainer.

We as a country need to watch out though because there is a staggering amount that is also originating in places like Singapore, India, China and Australia. 

I'd love to discuss how I changed careers from a pediatric nurse in Australia and in the healthcare field for 13 years, to ski patrol in Canada and now have launched my own business for real estate agents developing their own businesses and also selling real estate with my husband here in Mexico.
