Island tours, whale watching, booze cruises, rental cars, etc. fall higher on the list for us than selling lei's or other small souvenirs for example. 

Since i'm new myself, I can only mention some things that I have been watching and listening to.

But our state association - Ohio REIA watches the local cities very closely on these topics so I see the updates. 

What used to work in 2018 doesn't work today because the purchase price and mortgage rates have changed significantly.Continue learning and watching the market.

I've lived here for more than 20 years and have watched this area grow exponentially in the past 5.
