I had one company they lady called me when ever she had a property under 4 units she said it was too much hassle doing the small ones.

There were a couple of units that I did not see on the first pass that we went into.1 unit is absolutely filthy (pizza boxes, clothes, trash, etc everywhere throughout apartment) and the other unit is a lady's that has been renting for about 35 years he said (she is around 80) and she has wallpapered everything, even wallpapered the ceilings with some sort of white paper!

On day 7 I filed, only for the court lady to tell me that the next possible court date was something like 2 weeks out, ended up Dec. 3rd!

The first lady came with couple of kids.

She is a sweet older lady (very smart and sharp though) that I've built a lot of rapport with.
