I'm not asking for handouts, I just want things to be fair and just - which is not how things are now.The games is rigged and you know it.

I work hard for everything I don't want any handouts.

peeps showed.. he went on how he started in the business what he did etc.then he would hand out cards and collect name and numbers... ( business relationship created) these were leads.. they were handed to his sales staff of 15 .. and they worked them.. when I worked there he had well over 5,000 investors in his deals.. 

I recently listened to BP Podcast 258 and heard Gabe talking about making deals with manufacturers he'd met at trade shows to get discounted materials in bulk.

I have seen first hand out of state investors lose a lot of money by not using appropriate labor.

I would also have a written rental criteria to hand out to each applicant (example - credit score minimum, income minimum, etc.).Since you are renting out a room, you will want to find out what type of lease is required.

Let them know you expect to get paid but understand their time is extremely valuable and you are bringing something to the table other then questions and a hand out.

We have now started to send out Yellow Letters, Postcards, and Door Knocking handouts.

Attending industry trade shows, marketing on social media/craigslist, etc are all necessary avenues to build a list.
