Hello,Our nonprofit has been granted 20+ acres of land to build a tiny home community.

I moved out of Unit 1 last August to move into another rental unit closer to my fiancee's office. 

I bring 10-15 investment every month to investors just in the greater Orlando area, without counting how many offices we have nationwide.

The main space is used as an office for a non-profit organization and currently has an active lease set to expire Dec. 2025, but lease doesn’t have to carry with the sale.

The county I am in has all the assessor information online but depending on your county you may need to go in person to the office to request the info.

I don't feel you are worth it to bicker back and forth laser focusing on a tiny word "free" and make a whole post about it.

If they are leaving, setup a walkthrough to figure out what you need to do to turn the unit and provide notice form for them to offically say they will be vacating
