All I had to do was fill out a form on the VA website and submit it, and after a SHOCKINGLY short time span I received the COE (certificate of eligibility) showing my fully restored entitlement.

I am still researching this, but I did find an interesting video on youtube about it, guy named Clint Coons.  

I remember seeing a video where you could do this but I don't see anything to do so in any of the calculators.

You publish in two different newspapers for six weeks, get proof and submit it and you're done.

Finally, you can bring a contractor or shoot him an email with 30-40 images with a video of the property and ask him how much he would charge to fix it to your expectations.

Hey BP Community,I have a rental available in a C class neighborhood and my property manager let me know that a mental health organization wants to submit an application.The property is a 3 bedroom SFR and the organization intends on putting in 3 children to start between the ages of 11-17. 

I'm also partially blind which made it hard to see all problems prior, he tried getting me to do a video chat with him on pissedconsumer.com where he has most of his negative reviews listed.Thankfully my landlords  now are amazing they arent cross country and come as soon as I message or call them. 

Submitted a request to get a fire report and also sent a request to city for all the citations they have on this house.

It's just coming with this message after seeing him video about CF, and only CF, is just amusing.
