For those of you that are running a hybrid STR/MTR model, do you have TWO separate listings on Airbnb, one that is STR and another MTR or are you using tools to manage your calendar? 

You created a financial model of what you want to happen to your money and investment, but the actual process makes no sense to me at all.

I think it will be unlikely to find a commercial-style loan for a multi-family property at anything less than 20% down...they will likely be 25% or more at this point. 

The return looks suspicious but I can send you a model with your deal in it if you send me all the underwriting assumptions.

I like the pay as you go model they have as well.
