I want to fast track my education and would like some hands on training. 

While undergoing the compliance training I came across one of the prohibited outside activities for bank employees- "acting as a real estate sales person, broker, agent or engaged in buying and selling real estae except for primary and secondary residence".

The oil and gas industries do not want to loose their trained knowledgeable employees and the same applies to all the major other industries (port of houston, medical,NASA, tech and mfg).

In my area it's steep driveways, tuck under garages, small bedrooms and closets, 1 bath (and small), tight kitchens, steep stairs, 4 level splits, train tracks, etc

I have a Sole proprietor LLC since 2009 where I was doing consulting and training.

One other factor that I've not mentioned is the bullet train being built which may change the market a bit but that is a ways out there.

I then explained it to them and their reaction was interesting as I think they never actually worked through the numbers they were just trained to repeat that mantra.....*** NOTE *** After reading a few other responses, it seems that the suggestion was that if you were going to have the debt regardless, then pull some of it through the home to get the tax advantage. 

Ask the local fire department if they would like to train on it (burn it and ask them to put it out), but get all of this in writing.
