Usually it is a lead in for a whole day Saturday class that weekend with a guest speaker that you have to pay for.

I had a very good experience w/one guru's materials I purchased after seeing that person speak at CTREIA (though it was one speaker out of about 50 over the years).

Maybe we need a conference with speaker phone connects or something :) A lot of money is being passed over right now that i wish i could afford to be a part of.

I also think they make things like the big menu signs for drive thrus, with the menu and the speaker and all of that stuff.Of course I'm, assuming that when you say you need signs for your wholesaling biz, you're talking about like bandit signs or like the little plastic "We Buy Houses" signs that you might stick in the ground in front of a house you own or something like that right??

If that's what you are referring to, just an fyi, they are not seminars, they are simply networking events with a local speaker on a topic of interest.

I was at a graduation recently where the commencement speaker announced future plans for each of the Math graduates as they received their diplomas.

The speaker is a local guy, Dave Fleckner, who is knowledgeable about MA landlording, so if you can get to it tonight, it will be a big help to you, especially if you are looking in areas like Southbridge and Webster.
