I have an umbrella policy of me if someone ever gets past my LLC if they trip on the sidewalk, but I was thinking if I have say 30 houses at $50/mo that's $1500/mo in savings, $18,000/yr in insurance savings alone.

The cost of living is great, there is not trash on the streets and sidewalks, few homeless- even then, they are well kept by the volunteering community.

If this is under sidewalks and parking, it could cost a lot more than just the connection fee, since normally septic systems run to the back of the properties and City sewer runs to the front.

I am a first time home buyer and I decided that building would be the best way to go....joke's on me.Background: In August of 2016 I paid cash for two improved lots (ie: has sidewalks, paved street, utilities stubbed out), each one a 1/4 of an acre for a total of $9,995.
