I ask because up until the beginning of the year I could fax quite well.Then I discovered very recently that the VOIP does not support text or graphics transmissions very well.

Not sure what types of deals you've done, but showcase those properties and their profitability.

Why don't you Joint venture (JV) with Investors, and discuss your exit criteria (i.e you want 5K per deal), and showcase what you can bring of value to the Investor to the deal?

A phone call showcases the type of person you are as well as gets some insight to the person you are talking to.

Some of them are showcases for their own deals that they originate or joint venture (like ArborCrowd).

This is the perfect project for a contractor who doesn't mind the publicity and wants to showcase their work (when these houses hit the market, it makes news)  However, where does this leave us? 

Doing so though they want my personal taxes and finances, my property Mgmt finances, I have a repair/construction bness as well a graphic printing bness.  

Anyone have anything to add or see anything worth illuminating farther in the graphic?
