I read online about needing title deed insurance against title deed theft?
Such as at " home title lock.com" ? Is this needed ? Or should I get title insurance?I own two rentals with no mortgage . Thanks :)

I have heard horror stories of people spending tens of thousands of dollars on some guru system which most likely is a scam - why do I say that?

I know those are scams or morons.

In Toronto though the unaware have been scamming the government for a decade or more with flipping pre-build deposits to the tune of ~100% roi in the 3 years it takes to build them.

Intent and scamming is never acceptable when auditing.
