I recently formed an LLC with my revocable living trust as the sole member.

I can buy one personally, buy another for my business, and a third for a revocable living trust each year (max=$10k).

The standard lease prevents subletting without written consent from the Landlord, however it appears VA requires a valid reason for denial for it to be upheld.Opinion questionsIs it ever worth it to allow this?
