I recently got 6 acres of raw land that fell into my lap.

Here's a link to the raw guideline, if you want to attempt to decipher it.TLDR is that no you do not have to wait six months, but it has to have actually been a cash purchase, or other restrictions may apply. 

I might be wrong, as I've never dealt with raw land before, but it doesn't make sense to me that you'd be allowed to count that as a downpayment - mostly because that would be like counting the equity in a deal as a downpayment, and banks don't let you do that.

I haven't had issues in the past and typically just upload the raw files from my DSLR.

They currently own large amounts of raw land are wondering what it would take to have a cell tower placed on the property. 

This would be for a piece of raw land that has a couple of 'question marks', e.g., an adjoining landowner has built a fence through it, it can only be accessed via a private drive.

Don't have to be raw numbers, but people are drawn to some one who is taking action and succeeding at it.
